The sweet spot is the traditional Thai massage — dry, no oil, working through pressure points and stretches in the style you’d find in a good Bangkok shop.

The four-hands massage (two therapists working simultaneously) is worth trying if you’ve never had one — the effect is disorienting in the best possible way.
