The Pamper Room is the hotel’s treatment studio, operating in partnership with Lola’s Apothecary (a British botanical skincare brand). It’s small — this isn’t a vast spa complex with thermal suites — but what it lacks in scale it makes up for in quality and setting.

The Therapist

The standout detail is the lead therapist: a HCPC- and CSP-registered Sports Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in elite sport, including stints with Chelsea FC and Lyon FC. If you’ve got a sports injury, a chronic shoulder problem, or just need someone who genuinely understands the musculoskeletal system, this is a different level from a standard high street massage.

Treatments

Sessions run from 60 to 90 minutes. The core offerings are full-body massage, hot stone therapy, and a head-neck-shoulders express session. All use Lola’s Apothecary products — plant-based, British-made, and notably fragrant.

The hotel is open to day visitors for spa bookings — you don’t need to be staying overnight.

The location makes this ideal for combining with Hampton Court Palace. Visit the palace gardens in the morning, lunch at the Mitre’s riverside restaurant, then book an afternoon treatment. Hampton Court station is one stop from Kingston on the train.
