The counter is a masterclass in what a butcher should look like. Beef dry-aged on the premises. Lamb from farms they actually know. Pork with fat that renders into something wonderful. The sausages are made in-house, and the staff know how to advise on cooking times, cuts for different dishes, and how much you actually need for Sunday lunch.
