Thames Path: Kingston to Hampton Court

This stretch of the Thames Path National Trail runs from Kingston Bridge south-west along the river to Hampton Court Palace — a flat, scenic walk that takes around an hour at a relaxed pace. The route follows the towpath through riverside meadows, with views across to the Surrey bank. It works equally well as a morning run or an afternoon stroll, and you can finish up at Hampton Court for a coffee or a look around the palace grounds.
