Bonnie Rogues
A Glaswegian-spirited late-night bar on Clarence Street, open until 2am every night with live music from 8pm, bottomless brunch on weekends, and a weekday lunch deal from £5.
Why we love it
Kingston's liveliest late-night bar — live music seven nights a week until 2am, plus one of the area's best-value bottomless brunches at £35pp.
Bonnie Rogues sits on Clarence Street in central Kingston, on the ground floor of the Circuit building. Part of a small chain with locations in Cardiff and Swansea, it bills itself as a pub with “the confident, daring and irreverent attitude of a Glaswegian.”
The dual personality is the draw. During the day, there’s a bottomless brunch (from £35pp, Fridays and Saturdays, 12pm–5pm) with 90 minutes of pints, prosecco, and cocktails alongside a brunch menu. They also run themed event brunches with a longer 3-hour sitting from 2pm–5pm.
For weekday lunches, a deal runs Monday to Friday, 12pm–3pm — wraps from £5, upgrade to burgers or pub classics for £2 more, and add a pint of house beer for another £2.
Come evening, it shifts to live-and-loud territory: live music from 8pm, mini margaritas (6 for £22), and the Guine Whip — Shanky’s Whip and Guinness for £6. Open until 2am every night.
Book bottomless brunch at noon on Saturday, stay for the event brunch at 2pm, then roll straight into live music from 8pm. Full day sorted.
